A. If your computer freezes and will not shutdown, P.S your hard drive might lose some data.

Fix It. Hold down the CTRL & ALT keys and press the DELETE key. Then click on the red box on the right of your screen, the computer will shutdown. If this doesn't work you can hold the power button in on your system.
