Q. Why did my computer freeze?

A. Your computer is a system and drives, sometimes the hard drive get hot.

Fix It. Turn off the computer and let cool, turn it back on but run a disk check on the hard drive. Right click on the mouse on your computer icon in the properties click on the disk check and check all boxes. Then reboot your system, the disk check will run.
